I later became a Senior Technical Program Manager, leading complex programs with $400M+ and $180M+ in cost impact across Amazon, healthcare, and fintech.

That journey taught me that leading technical programs requires more than communication and confidence. You need the technical fluency to understand systems, ask better questions, navigate trade-offs, and earn the trust of engineering teams.

More recently, I built and launched SpearMatch on my own, taking it from idea to a working product. Now, I help ambitious PMs build technical fluency, take on more technical scope, and unlock new opportunities.
