I help organizations navigate transformation by starting where change actually happens: with people. My work sits at the intersection of human-centred design, AI, organizational change, and learning. As Co-Founder of Nucleations and Founder of Riverly Academy, I help organizations adopt AI, redesign work, and build readiness for change. I bring 25+ years of leadership experience across customer experience, design strategy, innovation, and transformation, including executive roles as VP, Customer Experience at HomeEquity Bank, and Executive Director at Cineplex, with additional experience at RBC, startups, and in consulting. I also teach AI, design strategy, and entrepreneurship at York University and OCAD University, helping students turn AI into practical, human-centred change.
