I'm Trellis Usher, founder of T.R. Ellis Group and creator of the Human + AI Workforce Architecture™. Over 20 years I've led HR, talent, and workforce transformation inside enterprises, including senior roles at Salesforce, Pax8, Coca-Cola, Newell Brands, and McKesson, and delivered HRIS transformations across SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, Workday, and PeopleSoft. I've also worked outside the enterprise as a fractional executive and technology-company founder, so I've made the human and machine trade-offs, not just observed them.
