Creator of the LeadSimm Simulation

There's a situation, and you're in it. From the first session, you're making calls that change what happens next.
This isn't a course you sit through. It's four weeks inside a live simulation that answers back.
You built your career on being good at your job. Then AI showed up, and now anyone with a chatbot can find the same answers you can. The expertise that set you apart is everywhere now.
That expertise was holding up more than your job. It was holding up your standing.
So what happens to your authority?
Here's what nobody tells you. Authority never came from having the answers. It came from judgment, from framing a problem well, and from trust you built over time. The answers were just the easiest part to see.
That's true with a title or without one. If you're waiting to be put in charge before you'll lead, you're waiting on something that was never the real source of your influence.
Live with the consequences of your calls long enough and you start seeing around corners. That's foresight, and no lecture gives it to you.
Here's the payoff. Personal agency. Meaningful work. A say in where you're headed. That's Uninvited Leadership.
Turn responsibility without authority into real influence, and lead people no title makes yours.
Learn leadership as a repeatable process you run, not a title you wait for.
Map the four-step process that moves you from a single conversation to real influence across a whole organization.
Reverse-engineer a go-to person from your own experience, and name the moves that make people seek them out.
Learn the four frames that reveal what's really driving a message, the structure, the people, the politics, and the meaning underneath.
Spot which frame someone is speaking from, and answer in that same frame instead of talking past them.
Practice on a real message from your own inbox, and rewrite your response with judgment instead of reflex.
See why people gravitate to whoever helps them find meaning, and how that pull becomes your leadership network.
Learn the three conditions where people find it, alignment with what they value, agency over their work, and room to grow.
Take one relationship you want to strengthen, and name which of the three that person is missing, then open that door this week.
Employ a repeatable leadership process you can run the next day, with no title required.
Implement the actions you practiced on the real problem you named on day one.
Become the person your network seeks out, not the one waiting to be chosen.
Shift from reacting to situations to shaping them, on your own terms.
Read the whole board, the forces at play, the people who matter, and the moves already in motion, before you commit to yours.
Take one situation you are currently reacting to, and find the first move that puts you back out in front of it.
Build real foresight, the earned ability to anticipate how a decision plays out, based on what you know to be true right now.
Not a vision you declare in a meeting, but a sense sharpened by living with the consequences of your own calls, round after round.
Before your next real decision at work, name the two most likely ways it plays out, then watch which one lands.

Leadership Simulation Designer. Author. Podcast Host. Strategic Thinking Coach.
Everyone asks you for answers, but you're still waiting to be put in charge. AI just handed your expertise to anyone with a laptop.
You got the title and assumed authority came with it. Your team out-researches you in minutes, and the title does less every day.
You're good at the work, but it isn't turning into the influence you expected. You want to lead past what your role allows.

Live sessions
2-3 hrs / week
Each week: one 90-minute live episode where you steer the decisions. Then you take the move into your own job and try it for real, with your own people. You bring back what worked and what didn't, and we work it together in the next episode. A short Situation Report is sent to you 24 hours before we meet to set the stage for the what's ahead.

Field Reports
2-3 hrs / week
Each week you take one real move into your own job, with your own people, on a situation that matters to you. Not a worksheet, a real attempt. Then you bring back what happened, what worked and what didn't, and we work it together in the next episode. This is where the practice stops being about a character and starts being about you.
On Your Own Time
1 hr / week
This course runs light on async by design. There is no lecture library to grind through. You get a short intro video that opens the simulation, one reflection to name the situation you're bringing, and a brief Situation Report before each episode to set up what's ahead. Everything else happens live, where you're steering.
