I hold a PhD in Artificial Intelligence and bring 30+ years across academia, startups, and global corporations, including Responsible AI leadership at Microsoft.

I’ve seen a consistent pattern: the biggest risks in AI are not technical. They arise in how people interpret, delegate, and decide under pressure. AI doesn’t fix those patterns—it amplifies them.

My work focuses on the human layer of AI governance. I teach leaders how to use AI without losing clarity, authority, or direction, so they can make better decisions when it matters most.

Lo que más me gustó del curso es que no solo aprendimos sobre inteligencia artificial, sino que también tuvimos la oportunidad de reflexionar sobre temas como liderazgo, toma de decisiones, criterio y comunicación. Me pareció muy interesante porque son conocimientos que podemos aplicar en nuestro trabajo y en situaciones de la vida diaria. Sin duda, fue un curso que me dejó nuevos aprendizajes y también me hizo cuestionar la manera en que tomo decisiones y enfrento diferentes situaciones. Recomendaría a los futuros estudiantes participar en las actividades y aprovechar las reflexiones.
