The ASSAY Scorecard — find out if your content library is an asset

Five tests — Archetype, Sources, Structure, Assessment, Yield — each scored 0 to 12 against written bands, so you're picking a description rather than guessing a number. The kit is a brief you read and a spreadsheet you run: type five scores and it returns your total, your weakest axis, and your shape. About an hour of honest attention the first time.

Not a grade. A shape. Two domains can both total 46 and need opposite interventions — The Library has excellent sources and no structure to hang them on; The Architecture Astronaut has an elegant model resting on material nobody verified. Five named shapes, each with what it costs you and what to fix first.

I use this on every domain I build. My CMMC Level 2 substrate totals 46 out of 60 — 12 on Assessment, 11 on Sources, and a 4 on Structure. That 4 is on the sheet as the worked example, because an instrument is only useful if the number can be bad. Its shape is The Library, and the fix is decomposition, not more content.

Whether the domain is worth investing in. A score describes the material's current state; the decision also depends on what the knowledge is worth and what production costs. That calculation isn't in this kit. What is: a real baseline you can re-run in thirty days, which gives you a delta rather than an opinion.
