I'm a startup operator with 18+ years of experience leading customer operations 

​In this 3-hour session, we'll go hands-on with Claude Cowork. We'll build an end-to end workflow (skills, connectors, agents) to prepare for strategic meetings - from preparing the strategy docs, to delivery in the room, and closing the loop by reviewing our performance and improving our workflow. This workshop is limited to 30 participants.

We take one real, high-value workflow and build it end to end.You'll start with raw customer data, reviews you scrape, connect, or generate. You'll use Claude as your analyst to find the themes, the pain points, and the one insight the numbers alone won't show you. You'll design a dashboard around the decision it needs to drive, build it as a live app in Lovable, secure it to your company domain, and leave with a plan to keep it alive.It's the same exercise I run inside my AI-First Ops Leaders Program, here expanded and slowed down so every step gets the depth it deserves, and built entirely on your own data.This hands-on workshop is limited to 30 spots.
