The group created during the sessions helped to unlock insights that are helpful for working more effectively with leaders and customers. It was sobering to really accept that we can not work like a robot like we did in the past. Technical competence will not not be enough going forward. AI will take those functional robotic positions. Going forward we will need to deepen our human wisdom, not just through IQ, but through EQ (Emotional Intelligence). This will be the winning strategy for all organizations going forward.
