      Learn how to write an agent persona with Context Engineering that pushes back on vague PRDs. Watch me build the pm-strategist Subagent and the ux-designer Subagent live in Claude Code.

    • Project One Activity: Ship your first two Subagents

      Fork my template and customize both agents for your own product domain. Step by step instructions provided. I will be live on Zoom answering questions as you build.

    • Lesson and Project Demo: Claude Code Agent Teams of Frontend and Backend

      The most important pattern in multi agent development. Learn how two engineer Subagents work in parallel, synced through a shared api-contract.md file.Watch me build both agents live with Claude Code

    • Project Two Activity: Build your engineer Agent Team
