What you’ll learn
Go from using AI in your own work to defining, validating and shipping AI products with your team.
Write reliable prompts that define the role, task, constraints and format for every request
Package them into a skill file any AI tool can use, so it does the same job every time it runs
Filter ideas to spot which demo well but fold under real use, and which look plain but become essential to your team
Vibe code a working prototype yourself, then test whether it earns its place.
Define the context, tools, loop, memory, permissions and verification that surround a model
Decide which actions AI can take on its own and which need human sign-off
Learn what makes a system an agent and the most common ways agents fail
Set the stop conditions, confidence thresholds and rules that let an agent run without constant oversight
Understand how user feedback, human review and automated checks work together to evaluate AI output
Write a scoring rubric two reviewers can apply to the same answer and reach the same score
Build a metrics plan with a baseline, a target and a review date that shows leadership whether AI is delivering
Finish with a GitHub portfolio and final presentation that makes the case for Juno, the AI Associate PM you design across the course
