Combined with the concepts of fundable units, portfolio alignment, and investment-based decision making, the course provided practical tools I can immediately apply to roadmap planning, prioritization, and executive conversations.

The BFPL course is a must have for product leaders to understand in details the commercial aspect of product management. Ultimately, product management is product management and this course is a fantastic grounding on the same.
