First 55 minutes. Work through The Release That Looks Ready, choose the business result, and divide the work between people and agents.
Design the handoffs, controls, and team conversation
Next 50 minutes, including a 10-minute break. Map context, review capacity, decision rights, and escalation. Practise the team conversation.
Measure the complete workflow and improve the plan
Final 75 minutes. Analyse pilot data, build the scorecard, get feedback, and revise the plan. Leave with an owner and 30-day review date.
