I've spent my career inside organizations at their turning points. As a Partner at Great Place to Work, I helped companies understand what high-performing cultures are made of. As a Principal at Daggerwing Group (now Credera), I led large-scale transformations for Takeda, AT&T, and Mastercard. Now I run High Peaks Group, where I advise professional services firms facing defining moments: growth, succession, redesign.

Along the way I wrote Reinventing Resilience, earned an M.S. in Leadership and Organizational Change from Case Western Reserve, and became an ICF-credentialed executive coach.

The thread through all of it: most people problems are design problems. Change the conditions around a team and the team changes. That's what I teach, because I've watched it work at every scale.
