It's a signal that things will be changing ahead for all of us. What's your strategy for facing these changes?
As curator of the global STRAT conference since 2013, I have had the opportunity to talk with dozens of really smart people who are in core leadership roles at AI hyperscalers. I've developed a two-pronged strategy for career resilience and sovereignty.
Strategy One is to own the means of AI production: Become the cross-functional orchestrator of AI workflows inside your company. I.e. become the automator, instead of the automated (replaced). My other Maven course teaches this AI-savvy career adaptation.
Strategy Two is to develop a personal value proposition that is uniquely yours, and use AI to monetize and operationalize your unique offering. This is something the model can't replace, because AI models have never lived, and have never been you.
