A while back, I started building my LinkedIn presence just in case. 6 months later my company was acquired and the whole team got laid off.

Before I sent a single application, I had 3 inbound offers from VC-backed startups at better salaries. The recruiters told me it was my LinkedIn presence. So I got obsessed with it.

I've since grown multiple founders' & execs' LinkedIn followings to 10K+, but realized the people who need this most (workers) can't afford the traditional model (ghostwriting). So I built a new one: Guild95.

Plus I've spent 10 years in tech content marketing, and an embarrassing amount of my free time studying how content creators and professionals build audiences on social. And ran ops for an advanced job search course for senior product leaders at Meta, Google, & Amazon.

I've spent a decade writing and consulting for brands like monday.com, Lattice, Bigtincan, and Supermetrics.

10 years ago I was made redundant, and realized I was starting my job search from scratch. No network outside my old role, no contacts, no online presence. Nada. It was…not a good moment.

So I joined LinkedIn, and, frankly, hated it at first. The cheesy sales pitches grossed me out, the experts intimidated me, and I didn't think I had anything to say (or the time to say it).

I kept going anyway, and it's the single thing that changed the trajectory of my career. Today I have a network of 20,000+ people, and new opportunities are quite literally a DM away.

Now I ghostwrite for founders, CXOs, and senior leaders, and run LinkedIn sprints that get whole teams posting.
