My product strategy workshops have been hosted internally by some of the largest companies in the world, including Google, Meta, Microsoft, Netflix, LinkedIn, Mozilla, IBM, Booking.com, and many others. That work has consistently focused on one challenge: how cross-functional teams make good decisions together in complex environments.
