Co-Founder @ eve.ai | Econometrics @ Fannie Mae | Instructor @ AI Makerspace

I’m an AI developer and predictive modeler at Fannie Mae, where I’m building an LLM-powered app for real estate loan underwriting and developing models to forecast housing prices. I also collaborate with the Unicorn Research Center, helping European companies accelerate their LLM adoption—spinning up quick POCs and showing how image-processing and OCR can be made simple and impactful. Previously, I worked as Lead Modeler & Data Scientist at Transurban, where I built forecasting models for Express Lanes and led image-recognition classification projects in traffic analytics. My motto is “Make AI real.” I love turning ideas into systems that deliver measurable results.
