Chidi Afulezi has spent two decades figuring out what it actually takes to build something that works. That became a body of work. He founded redKola Digital Labs, working with senior leaders across private and public sectors on strategy, operating models, and the conditions that make value creation possible. He has coached and instructed product leaders at General Assembly and UC Berkeley Haas Executive Education. Before that, he built inside Sony Music, Time Warner, and Turner Broadcasting, shipping work for CNN, NBA Digital, and Cartoon Network.
