Through countless hours of learning, practicing, and teaching, one truth has become clear: accept where you are in life and build your practice from that place. Yoga isn’t about perfection; it’s about self-acceptance and taking action.

In the classroom, I find joy in both learning and teaching. Delving into the rich theory, anatomy, and philosophy of Yoga allows me to deepen my own understanding while helping others on their journey. My passion lies in guiding practitioners toward self-discovery, peace, and balance, one pose at a time.
