Simple daily practices to thrive in wellness
Course overview
Embracing simple, sustainable habits of eating, moving, and breathing through holistic yoga.
As Mathew Walker quotes "Two out of three adults worldwide do not receive the recommended 8 hours of nightly sleep"
Ever wondered why?
(Mathew Walker is a renowned sleep scientist known for his research on the importance of sleep for health and well-being)
When you neglect your well-being, you invite challenges that limit your:

Former Engineer turned Yoga Teacher with over 1,000 hours of teaching experience
As a computer science engineer, I worked to improve software quality. Now, I help people improve the quality of their lives. My yoga journey began in 2009 when I first started practicing at an Iyengar school of yoga. Since then, I’ve explored various styles, from Hot Yoga to Hatha Yoga, and yoga soon became my way of life. Pursuing my passion, I am now a certified yoga teacher (eRYT 200), a yoga practitioner, and a PR Manager and mentor at Yoga Bharati, USA.
I’m all about music, dance, nature, and quality family time, plus I love reading, cooking, and chatting with Taco, our wise young tortoise.
I wish I had access to a workshop like this when I began my yoga journey. This workshop is my gift for anyone looking to start/improve their Yoga practice. I believe that the treasures of life are found in its simplest moments! In my yoga practice, I’ve learned that the true treasure lies not in the final pose, but in the journey of each asana. I am excited and looking forward to seeing you all in the cohort.

10-15 minutes
Daily practices are simple, including reflections and techniques taught in live sessions.
20-minute practice
In this practice, we will work on three areas:
Simple directional movements help warm up and increase fluidity in the joints, allowing for smoother movement and injury-free practice.
Conscious engagement through contracting specific muscle groups helps build strength and improves posture.
Rhythmic and mindful breathing help release any built-up muscle tension, making it easier to move freely and feel centered. It helps in overall relaxation of mind and body.
