Through 2023, and even the first half of 2024, I'd trot out this line to senior exec teams; "You're not behind with AI. Yes, others are ahead, but you're not yet behind." I no longer believe that. AI is not just the domain of 'first-movers' anymore. If you haven't reached "On-Track" in the majority of the 8 metrics we examine in this lesson, your C-suite can't afford to delay on AI any longer.
