Most people hit a wall with AI and assume that's just what it does. Ask it for feedback on a meeting and it says "assert more ownership" when you had one update and it wasn't your meeting to lead. That's not a limitation of AI. It's a context problem. AI didn't know your role in that meeting, your history with the team, or what you're trying to improve. Fix that and the advice stops being generic.
