Rahul is a Product Leader with 13 years of experience where he moved from PM to CPO.

He is currently Founding Chief Product Officer at Rocket Growth!

Prior to this role, he led the Fulfillment and Integrations team Sam's Club as VP of Product. As the head of Member Experience for Fulfillment for Sam's, he leads a smart, passionate team that builds web, mobile, store, grocery and omni-channel experiences, helping millions of customers discover products/services, while saving time and money, so they can live better!

He also recently spearheaded the complete transformation of Walmart's multi-billion dollar omni-commerce experience and built it from scratch - regarded as one of the biggest transformations in online retail history. He also was instrumental in growing the repeat customer base significantly.

Prior to that he has led Product at Myntra and Flipkart (India's largest e-commerce organization). There, he has set up early stage teams as well as led large product teams.

Rahul has also worked and managed teams, internationally. He has a Masters in Industrial engineering and Statistics. He is passionate about creating experiences using technology, that delight customers in many different ways.

Avinash Mahalingam brings strategic product management experience across diverse global industries in USA, Canada, and India, led AI platform innovation at a top Canadian bank and earlier led Product initiatives at Amazon. He currently is building a startup in the holistic wellness space. He's passionate about empowering product professionals with practical insights gained from building and scaling successful products.
