Sascha is a seasoned product leader and advisor who has built, coached, and led teams everywhere from bootstrapped startup to high-growth scale-up to corporate. He found his love for seeing people grow while honing his educator skills teaching product design at Weißensee Art School Berlin and entrepreneurship in summer schools. An active contributor to the product community for >15 years he is a regular speaker, panelist, and organiser who co-founded e.g. the Berlin Product & Design Leadership at Scale community.
