One person getting great AI output is a demo. A whole team getting it, every day, on a product where mistakes are expensive, takes a system. I built that system.

I've spent more than 20 years leading content and experience design teams, most recently a 16-person team at a global payments company behind a product used by 400 million people. Every AI tool we used ran on the same standards. The first version took a week. Getting the whole team working on top of it took the better part of a year, and that's the part I teach.

The system became the Context Layer, the framework at the center of this course. I also co-wrote Agentic AI + Zero Trust, with a foreword by John Kindervag.

My approach combines systems thinking with strategic impact. I've built AI-powered content frameworks that enable cross-functional teams to make decisions at scale, architected information systems for e-commerce products, and led content strategy through international expansion and launches. I'm particularly interested in how AI amplifies strategic content work and how to elevate content design from tactical execution to strategic function.
