What will your content team do with the time AI gives back?

AI can make your team faster. Learn how to turn that returned capacity into stronger products and proof of your team's value.

Content teams have spent years dealing with reactive requests, endless review cycles, and fixing work after decisions have already been made. And now teams are being asked to adopt AI quickly, often without a plan for how the work should change.

This course helps you make that shift.

You'll take one real workflow from your team and redesign it for AI, with the context it needs, the trust boundaries it runs inside, and the measurement that proves it works.

This course is for content leaders who are being asked to lead AI adoption, especially those who:

  • Lead content, UX writing, content design, or content strategy teams

  • Own AI adoption or are redesigning team workflows around AI

  • Need to set quality and responsible AI standards

  • Need to show content's value to product or business leadership

  • Want to turn efficiency gains into higher-value work

This is a live, applied program taught by three leaders running AI-native content work inside global companies today.

This founding cohort shapes the next version of the course. In return: 50% off the $1,950 price with code FOUNDER.

What you’ll learn

Move from reactive content leader to strategic AI leader with a trusted workflow, measurable results, and a business case.

  • Map a real team workflow to find where time, rework, and missing context slow the work down.

  • Identify where AI can help and where human judgment should stay in control.

  • Set a baseline for quality, review rounds, errors, and time before redesigning the workflow.

  • Organize the product facts, decisions, voice guidance, and requirements AI needs.

  • Assign clear owners to the information AI relies on.

  • Set simple rules for reviewing and updating trusted context.

  • Decide what people should own, what reusable AI Skills can handle, and where agents may fit.

  • Build an AI-first workflow instead of adding AI as another step in the old process.

  • Place human judgment and review at the moments where quality, risk, and decisions matter most.

  • Turn your definition of good into a scorecard for quality, accuracy, voice, accessibility, and required guidance.

  • Create representative test cases and use them to evaluate AI output consistently.

  • Track quality, review rounds, errors prevented, and time returned against your original baseline.

  • Communicate clearly about what's changing, what's not, and where human judgment becomes more valuable.

  • Bring your team into redesigning the work instead of forcing a new process onto them.

  • Create shared expectations for experimentation, quality, adoption, and responsible AI use.

  • Translate time returned, quality gains, and mistakes prevented into measurable business value.

  • Create a returned-capacity reinvestment plan that shows exactly how your team will direct AI-enabled capacity to higher-value product work.

  • Build an executive story and 90-day plan for scaling what works and securing the next investment.

Who this course is for

  • Content design managers and directors who've been told to make the team AI-native, and handed no plan. This is the plan.

  • Senior ICs and leads driving AI adoption without the title. This is your case to lead.

  • Ops leaders scaling AI across teams. One team's win rarely survives the second. This makes it repeat.
