What you'll learn

What High Sensitivity Actually Means at Work

Learn what the trait is and why corporate environments hit HSPs differently.

Why Certain Environments Drain You More Than Others

Context switching, overstimulation, always-on culture. Understand exactly what's happening and why.

The 3 Things That Change Everything for HSPs

A first look at the 3 tools that help HSPs navigate complex environments and lead on their own terms.

Why this topic matters

HSPs make up 20% of the workforce and most have spent years believing the problem is them. It isn't. Complex corporate environments were not designed for how Highly Sensitive People process the world. This session gives you language for your experience and a first glimpse of what becomes possible when you stop trying to be less sensitive and start working with your wiring.

DYL-certified coach || IFS-informed || 10+ years Fortune 500 Creative Director || HSP specialist.

I'm Krista, a certified life and career coach specializing in Highly Sensitive People.

I spent 10+ years as a Creative Director at global Fortune 500 companies, leading teams of 50+ across the US and Europe. From the outside it looked like success. On the inside I was dysregulated, burned out, and running on empty.

Learning I was an HSP changed everything. Now I help other Highly Sensitive People understand their wiring, regulate their nervous systems, build values-based boundaries, and design careers and lives that actually fit.

I'm certified by the Designing Your Life Institute, IFS-informed, and trained in polyvagal-based nervous system work. I'm also a co-founder of The Shift, a culture change agency focused on women's workplace advancement.
