What you'll learn

Collaboration:

How to organize work when a developer and a non-technical manager are co-creating daily.

Effectiveness:

Does "Vibe-Coding" speed up time-to-market for an MVP, or does it lead to a critical level of technical debt and chaos?

Tools & Process:

The specific tools and tactics we used to translate pure vision into functional code in just four weeks.

The Verdict:

Is this model a viable, powerful way for professional teams to build products today? Or not?

Why this topic matters

We tested. We share. AI has transformed how products are built — even people with basic skills can create prototypes instantly. But can vibe-coding and non-technical founders work effectively with professional teams, or is it just chaos? We tested this in a 4-week sprint where a developer and a non-tech founder built a real prototype — we will share the unfiltered story of our collaboration.
