Why this topic matters

To get work done, we need to be able to manage our time effectively. Often, however, ADHD, autistic, & other neurospicy adults feel trapped, bored, or incapable of using "standard" time management tools. To-do lists become overwhelming, time blocking feels stifling, and so on, leaving us feeling perpetually overwhelmed. Instead, in this session, we'll explore the tools that fit our unique brains.

Educator, Researcher, Executive Function Coach (former NPO executive)

As an educator with a background in managing for learning and social impact (who spent a decade as an NPO exec and a decade as a professor and administrator in higher ed), Becca discovered how often results depended on strategies that fit the unique needs of the students and professionals she worked with. As a neurodivergent adult herself, who also managed and taught many other neurodivergent people, she became passionate about applying her personal and research knowledge to practical learning for adults who want to understand and work with the ways their brains operate.
