What you'll learn

Diagnose your velocity blockers

Learn where your organization actually moves slow—whether it's decision velocity, infrastructure, or culture.

Run experiments at speed without sacrificing rigor

Discover how top growth leaders iterate continuously while maintaining data integrity and reliable decision-making.

Design your infrastructure for speed, not complexity

Understand the build vs. buy framework that separates companies that move fast from those stuck in analysis.

Why this topic matters

In the age of AI and heightened ambiguity, every company could benefit from moving, experimenting, and learning faster. The constraints for most teams are a combination of infrastructure, process, and culture. We bring our experience leading from Chime, Grammarly, and Chess.com to show how aligning technology, process, culture, and people drives true velocity and how teams can overcome blockers.
