She then built one of the most credentialed coaching practices in North America: 6,500+ verified sessions, an MBA from ESSEC, and the ICF Master Certified Coach credential — held by fewer than 4% of coaches globally. She has coached leaders at Google, BlackRock, Capital One, Accenture, Salesforce, AT&T, and Meta.

As an ICF Mentor Coach, she has spent years helping coaches advance their credentials and build sustainable practices.

In May 2026 she attends two Harvard executive programmes in AI and Emerging Technology leadership.
