Pier has spent 20 years building data functions across four countries and seven sectors. He's currently VP of Data, Analytics and AI at ZEAL Network in Berlin, running a 30-person team - which means everything he teaches, he's still doing in real time.

He's an IECL-certified executive coach and the creator of From Data Manager to AI-Ready Leader on Maven - a cohort-based course that has trained data leaders from Wayfair, Amazon, Scotiabank, Honeywell, ExxonMobil, Wolt, and DHL.

He teaches this because he watched too many technically excellent people get stuck at the same ceiling - not because their data skills weren't sharp enough, but because nobody trained them to lead, communicate, or make their work land at the level above them. The "So What?" Ladder is one of the simplest tools he teaches, and one that consistently changes how his coaching clients are received by their executives.
