Grant Vernon is a world leading innovation strategist, facilitator, and AI productivity expert with more than a decade of experience training senior leaders, government teams, and enterprise organisations across the UK, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. As the Founder and Director of Innovation Network, he has designed and delivered large scale innovation programmes for the UK Ministry of Defence, Saudi Awwal Bank, MTN Group, Oxford University, LSE, Imperial College London, and major FTSE 100 companies.

Grant began his career in the consulting and education sectors, managing complex operations before moving into innovation, agile and facilitation. Connor Wakefield

Connor Wakefield is an innovation trainer and facilitator covering topics such as Innovation, Google Sprints, Agile and Design Thinking. Being involved with large companies' innovation project's have lead to understanding exactly where innovation pitfalls can lay and how to avoid them. Connor uses his innovation background to guide organizations to develop strategies and ideas to help avoid getting stuck in daily routines and project's that ultimately don't amount to anything.Drawing from his background in Tech and Games Design as well as his experience with past innovation projects, Connor leaves attendee's of Workshops and Training with a Toolkit which entails a collection of exercises and activities which are specifically designed to focus on what the real problem is and use methodologies such as lean start-up to create solutions which addresses the under-lying pain point's.

Having a background in collaborations Tools, Connor can demonstrate the best way to make this toolkit and over-arching process accessible online so that innovation can be done from anywhere. Online, Face to Face or Hybrid, there are many online tools which Connor is an expert in that can be used to deliver the process in the best way for the specific situation.
