What you'll learn

Run One-on-Ones That Actually Drive Performance

Get an AI-powered scouting report before every meeting. No more 1:1s that feel like status updates going nowhere.

Build a Simple Dashboard That Creates Real Accountability

Stop letting critical work fall through the cracks with a simple framework your team owns and AI helps you analyze.

Turn Every Meeting Into a Coaching Opportunity (+ Live Demo)

Watch AI connect meeting transcripts to development plans in real-time, transforming conversations into real growth.

Why this topic matters

Most 1:1s are expensive status updates that drain energy instead of building momentum. Your best people are watching how you show up, and low-energy meetings signal below-average standards. Leaders who master this one interaction unlock performance, retention, and trust simultaneously. This workshop shows you exactly how, with AI tools you can implement before your next check-in.

Marsden Kline

Co-founder MGMT Accelerator

Marsden co-founded the MGMT Accelerator with Dave. After decades of daydreaming about what owning their own company would look like, the answer was teaching something we naturally enjoy. Marsden studied engineering at UVa but always volunteered to present (instead of code). Her love for people and problem-solving has led to a range of experiences: from Goldman Sachs to sales at Google to real estate at Compass. The common thread? A commitment to understanding the people at the table to more efficiently solve for yes.
