What you'll learn

Why "start with the problem" can hold you back

The tech is moving so fast that you don't know what problems can be solved until you see it working.

From speccing features to productizing experiments

The PM role is shifting. Learn what it looks like to identify which engineering experiments are worth shipping.

The skills that keep PMs relevant

When engineers can build full products fast, PMs need to bring something different. Learn which skills matter most.

Why this topic matters

The classic PM-eng workflow - PM writes a spec, eng builds it - is breaking down. On the fastest AI teams, engineers are building working prototypes before PMs have scoped the problem. The PM role is shifting: from defining what to build to recognizing what's working and getting it to market. Hear how this is playing out at WHOOP and what PMs need to do differently.
