What you'll learn

See how AI synthesis fails — even when it looks right

Watch a live demo of theme clustering of an interview dataset. You'll see credible-looking output. But what's missing?

Learn why the second question matters as much as the first

Your first prompt shapes what AI gives you. A follow-up question adds missing details.

Walk away with a simple framework you can use this week

AI output is a hypothesis, not an answer. Once you see it that way, you'll iterate toward something you can trust.

Why this topic matters

AI can go sideways quietly — when output looks clean, reads well, and still gets something wrong. That's the failure mode that follows your name onto a deliverable. This session shows you what that looks like and gives you one move to catch it. It's one piece of a larger discipline that changes how you read every AI output.
