Overall, leadership in remote workplaces requires a shift in mindset and a different set of skills compared to traditional office-based leadership. This course will help you develop the skills necessary to be a remarkable leader in virtual and hybrid work places. You will enhance your ability to communicate, create trust, adapt, and how to leverage technology to create a productive and connected virtual work environment.

In our first section we will do a deep dive in to strategies to improve your communication in remote settings. Additionally, we will review strategies to improve the communication of your team.

Communication in Hybrid World

In our second and final session we will dive into strategies to improve the mental wellbeing of you and your team. You will be given strategies that will strengthen your ability to become an inclusive leader.
