Nesrine Changuel is an experienced product coach and trainer with over a decade of experience building globally used and loved products such as Skype, Spotify, Google Meet, and Chrome. She is the author of the Product Delight book and she is globally known for her focus on emotional connection and user delight. With a background in research and a PhD from Bell Labs in collaboration with UCLA, she brings deep technical expertise to human-centered products. From pioneering video experiences at Skype to creating emotionally engaging features for Google Meet and Chrome, Nesrine has made it her mission to help teams build products users truly love. Today, she teaches, speaks, and trains companies around the world on how to create delightful, emotionally resonant products. She lives in Paris.

I loved this course. Nesrine is an engaging speaker who made following her lessons effortless. In her course, not only does she explain the concepts of delight, but even more importantly, she gives practical tips and tools to add delight to our products. We had some homework to do, which was not very time-consuming but essential to start practicing the concepts learnt. Nesrine gives precise and personalized feedback on all the homework, which is great. I could reuse the direct results of my homework for my job. Nesrine's warmth made this cohort feel like a group from the very first class :)

PRODUCT DELIGHT

I would recommend Nesrine’s course to anyone interested learning more about to make customers have an emotional connections to a product. The combination of this course along with her Product Delight book have finally given me a full, end‑to‑end understanding of how to create features and solutions that can truly delight customers. I had studied voice of the customer before, but only ever grasped a small portion of the bigger picture. I now feel equipped to identify motivators and measure customer satisfaction, which I believe will guide me toward creating a better product. The goal is to that anticipates customer’s needs. One of my next challenges will be to understand and apply her framework to my work.

PRODUCT DELIGHT

This was an amazing course! I highly recommend it. I've been in a product designer for over a decade, and I still learned a lot. The real-world use cases made the learnings tangible for me. Also, the frameworks she teaches are rooted in solid psychology, while also being actionable. She provides exercises from beginning to end on how to identify opportunities to stack rank them based on true value to the user. It even debunked assumptions I've had on what is truly important to users. The true testament is that I've already been using the tools in my current work. I'm excited to see the results in my real life.
