In meditation they talk about practice being the key driver of change, and theory is just there to support the practice. I found Craig to be thoughtful about taking the same approach. While he gave us the theory and framework, his key goal was to get us to practice, get uncomfortable, make mistakes, get feedback and get better. And he did all this while keeping the stakes low, making it a fun relaxed environment, and letting us ask questions real time. Even though it's a short course, it becomes abundantly clear that the course has application in virtually all interactions (From dealing with hiring managers to your restaurant server, and your friends). Super happy I took this course, I am now more aware of the areas I need to work on and can already see a significant improvement in negotiations all around.

Craig's course really helped me find some of my blind spots when it comes to negotiation. I learned what I could do better, not only in verbal negotiation but also in written communication. We practiced some relatable yet challenging scenarios through roleplaying. Craig did a great job helping everyone in the cohort stay engaged, which led to more questions and insights that were really valuable. He provides a simple framework that is easy to remember, and I was able to see results in real life right away from applying some of the techniques. I highly recommend Craig's class if you want to improve your negotiation skills.
