What people are saying

Craig is a charismatic, engaging facilitator and the content was both illuminating yet easy to understand. I came into the workshop not expecting to learn anything new per se, but some of the principles Craig discussed have really reframed my way of thinking (for the better).
Joanne Tseng

Joanne Tseng

Lead Researcher - Airbnb
I felt helpless and intimidated about the idea of negotiation and Craig was able to give me perspective while also tailoring the the experience to play off of my strengths giving me further confidence. I went into the negotiation with a clear objective and came away with an additional $X0,000 allowing me to accept the job and make a huge move!
Jacob Sotsky

Jacob Sotsky

Vice President
Craig was an incredible source of knowledge and guidance during my first experience joining a seed-stage start-up. He clearly explained the basics of negotiating equity and gave me tactical methods to use during the discussions.  I was able to take control of the conversation and direct it towards my determined goal.
Nira Goren

Negotiation is a core component of my job, so I wasn't sure I needed Craig. But I knew this negotiation was critical to my role at my company. Craig helped me shape the best narrative and value proposition for each audience. As a result, I was able to create a new position for myself within the company rather than simply receiving a raise.
Philip Charm

Philip Charm

Director
Thanks to Craig, my starting salary at [company redacted] was 30% higher than I could have negotiated on my own. Though tailored to my specific situation at the time, internalizing Craig's approach to negotiation has continued to pay dividends when I've asked for raises or negotiated new offers.
Niels Hoven

Niels Hoven

Product Manager
I worked with Craig for what I thought would be fine-tuning a salary negotiation I had already prepped and rehearsed. What a shock to discover I had some major holes, both soft (my posture and tone) and hard (my approach and specific points). Craig skillfully guided me through a much more powerful negotiation process, with truly impressive results.
