Hone your AI Pitch in One Afternoon

Arrive with an AI startup idea. Leave with the artifacts a VC will actually read.

Most AI founders spend months building their deck but never nail the narrative. In four hours, you'll work alongside a former VC who has evaluated 200+ AI startups and a founder who raised $100M to draft the artifacts that actually move VCs.

You walk away with five first-draft artifacts:

  1. Positioning thesis one sentence + supporting paragraph, plus a list of 15–25 named target partners (not firms)

  2. Long-form pitch narrative your deck in prose: problem, wedge, why now, moat, market sizing

  3. Deck outline + 3–4 polished slides complete slide-by-slide structure, with the hero, traction, and architecture slides built in Google AI Studio

  4. One-pager investor memo the document your VC champion forwards internally to win the Monday partner meeting

  5. Reusable Claude narrative skill yours to keep, regenerates your story as it evolves

Capped at 15 founders so every single person gets a live 60-second pitch slot and recorded feedback. This is the main reason we won't open more seats.

This is a build session, not a lecture. Come create the artifacts with us, the term sheet part is still on you.

Workshop agenda

  • Positioning & Fundability Thesis

We define the company a VC can actually champion. Work through the fundability matrix: category, wedge, moat, why-now, founder-market fit and target investor profile.

  • Investor Narrative with a Custom Claude Skill

We draft the full pitch narrative in long form including problem, wedge, why now, moat, market sizing logic. Amit will walk through the narrative arc he used to raise Fiddler's Series A.

  • Deck Outline

Translate the narrative into a 10-12 slide structure and build the first 3-4 slides. Cover the visual cues VCs read fast. Leave with a complete slide by slide deck outline mapped to your narrative.

  • One Page Memo + Live Pitch Round

Draft the one page memo your VC champion forwards internally to win the Monday partner meeting on your behalf. Close with live pitch round: every founder gets 60 seconds to pitch us.
