My specialty is helping analytical folks make the kinds of big changes that set their lives on entirely different trajectories, whether that's building a new business or new income stream, building a body of creative work, taking on large leadership projects that lead to promotion, or even finding a romantic partner.

My foundations come from— training and professional practice across coaching and human behavior with more than 500 hours of facilitation experience with professionals, leaders and entrepreneurs.

I also study meditation and spiritual paths because I believe the inner-work provides the expansion to pursue our outer expression in our work, relationships and personal life.

Previously, I've worked as an engineer in Microsoft and hold a masters degree in computer science.
