Corporate Service Designer, gone wild.
OG Elder, Climate Scientist, Ecologist.

What becomes possible when your practice entangles with forests, microbes, machines, and more?
This course invites you to rethink your role and practice in a world teeming with life, systems, and intelligences beyond the human.
As AI and ecological crises reshape our present and future, we’ll explore multispecies design and more-than-human relationships to challenge extractive ways of thinking; those that treat living systems as resources to be used, controlled, or exploited.
Deepening your understanding of multispecies interactions and more-than-human intelligences opens new pathways for ethical, ecological, and earth-aligned behaviours and decisions that are both personal and collective.
Our world is more-than-human. AI and design are moving beyond human-centered approaches, and you're invited to join us for that transformation!
Go beyond human-centered, and learn how multispecies design, ecology and AI can,
You'll create speculative and poetic design explorations, using guided provocations.
You’ll experiment with multispecies ethnography, ecological thinking, embodied inquiry.
You'll explore narrative techniques to sense, imagine, and co-design with more-than-human beings.
Deepens your sensory and emotional literacy, learning to listen, notice and attune to more-than-humans.
Transforms your ways of knowing and designing by integrating intuition, ecology and systems thinking into your practice.
Re-roots you in reciprocity and care; designing for kinship, regenerating relationships, and cultivating futures of mutual thriving.
You’ll engage with multispecies and machine intelligences: through our session discussions and creative practice.
You'll reflect on your role as a designer and practice by using ecology, myth, speculative methods and embodied design.
You’ll explore how myth, embodiment, ecology, and speculation can reshape your purpose and position in the design ecosystem.
