Advanced Prototyping for PMs with OpenAI Codex CLI

Matthew Moore

Ex-Google, Ex-Samsung, Exited Founder

Advance to the `top 1% level` of PM prototyping ability

Being a PM in 2026 is so competitive. Not only do you have to understand the market and the user, but now you also have to be able to help build early revisions to put in front of early users. And soon, you'll have to be able to prototype AI-powered multi-modal apps.

This workshop will give you a major headstart.

By the end of the workshop you'll have:
- setup your computer to make a new multimodal llm app with codex cli any time
- made your first voice app to interface with your calendar and emails (gmail / Gsuite)
- setup custom tools and skills within codex cli
- made a small fleet of agents
- understand AI harnesses better than many engineers
