Krishen did an excellent job of walking us through the process of taking a low-barrier task and get that into a polished business-ready SOP., and then to top it off set up an automation. I would highly recommend Krishen :-)

I was skeptical about what value I would get from this course, but the process of sorting out what needs to be done/documented/automated for internal processes as well as clients had room for improvement. The little nuggets that were shared, as well as the course material, were great. It was fun to meet other people, and this was more team-oriented than other classes I have been to in the past, and it allowed me to think of other ways to use the tools than I had imagined by hearing how others in the class were using them. I have saved approx. $20 a month on subscriptions with the audio tip provided for Windows, and I have applied a more professional look and feel to any documentation my team produces in a fraction of the time, without meetings to discuss what should happen vs. doing the work. Would I attend this training again or others they put on? Absolutely.

Suzelle provided very good, broad insight into topics that everyone should consider when starting to work with AI. This course focused on the key behind-the-scenes items you should consider, rather than learning about fancy gadgets and trendy tips. This course focused on key learnings to consider when working with AI. The internet is alive and well; however, how you interact in 2026 will drive the results. Good topics!
