Build Your Personal Leadership AI Operating System

Managers & senior ICs use AI daily, yet it hasn't made them better leaders.

The news on https://lnkd.in/g2hvderi is depressing. Layoffs are a constant threat, even with a good performance review. The job market is frozen.

How do you operate like a leader before someone gives you the title?

Output might help you keep your job. Preparation gets you promoted.

At risk if unsolved: the next promotion. The reliable operator who is perpetually“not quite ready” every cycle — while a systematically prepared peer becomes the obvious choice.

Already tried: prompt collections, AI-tips newsletters, tool subscriptions. Didn't work because no recurring trigger. The habit never survived the 3rd Monday.

Managers & senior ICs who already use AI daily are discovering it hasn't changed how they lead: AI usage is now table stakes, so the career edge has moved to whoever runs a system.

In one hands-on half-day, participate build a personal AI Leadership Operating System on your own real week — a context file, three engines, and a 30-minute Monday ritual that leaves as a scheduled habit, not notes. Unlike videos or prompt libraries, every participant builds on their real material and gets live feedback until it works — and the ritual is on their calendar before the room closes.

What you’ll learn

How to use Claude, ChatGPT, etc to create your own complete Personal Leadership Operating System on your own real work week in real time.

  • Demonstrate, on a task from your own week, the before/after difference it makes to every AI output

  • • Run the 1:1 Prep Engine on your real calendar

  • Iterate the Prep Engine output against a stated quality bar

  • Learn how to review an AI brief the way a manager reviews a direct report's draft

  • Learn how to run a weekly risk radar that returns watch-signals and one named question to ask before Friday

  • Learn how to automatically send follow-up nudges drafted in your own voice

  • • Learn how do this in real time from a recurring calendar block that we will create during the session

  • 1) finished personal context file; 2) three engine prompts personalized to their role

  • (3) named risk categories written into their radar; (4) nudge templates in their voice;

  • (5) the recurring Monday calendar block, created in-session, prompts loaded plus 6) a 90-day path one-pager.

Workshop agenda

  • Opening — the stakes in this room (15 min)

In one hands-on half-day, build a personal AI Leadership Operating System on your own real week — a context file, three engines, and a 30-minute Monday ritual that leaves as a scheduled weekly habit

  • Block 1 — The context file (45 min: teach 12, build 20, prove 10)

Participants build a one-page context file (seven fields), then the proof lab: rerun one task from yesterday with and without the file, and compare. Two or more volunteers share the delta the insights

  • Block 2 — Engine 1: 1:1 prep on your real week (50 min)

Everyone runs the prep engine on their actual next week, context file loaded. Teaching focus: judge the brief like a manager reviewing a draft — what's wrong, what stays, iterate once. 4+ shares

  • Block 3 — Engine 2: your risk radar (55 min)

Participants define their 3 standing risk categories, write them into the radar prompt, & run it on real projects with the skeptic pass (“act as my most skeptical colleague”) plus two follow-up passes

  • Block 4 — Engine 3 + the assembled ritual (35 min)

Follow-through loop on your real notes, nudges voice-matched from their writing samples. Then assembly, done live: everyone creates a recurring Monday calendar block in-session

  • Block 5 — Making it stick + close (30 min)

    The 90-day path; the third-Monday problem named honestly, with counters (the calendar block, a free day-30 alumni session booked now, optional accountability pairs). Closing commitments in chat;

  • I work at Adobe in customer strategy and success . I recently completed Professor Mike's Mastering Generative AI course through the Professional & Executive Education program at Babson College, and it exceeded my expectations. The course hit a great balance between theory and real-world application, and was genuinely engaging throughout. I came away with a stronger command of prompt engineering, a working understanding of how to build AI agents, and a clear path for continuing to advance my skills. I'd highly recommend Professor Mike's course to anyone looking to develop a meaningful, hands-on fluency in generative AI.

  • I had the privilege of learning from Mike during the Innovation sessions of my Executive Leadership Program through Brown University, and I can honestly say it was one of the most energizing experiences .

Mike has a rare gift — he takes complex AI concepts and makes them immediately actionable.

What sets Mike apart is that his real-world experience as a serial entrepreneur comes through in every single thing he teaches. This isn’t theory. It’s battle-tested insight delivered by someone who has actually done it, repeatedly, at the highest levels.

He inspired an entire room of senior leaders to think differently, and that is no small feat. If you have the opportunity to learn from Mike Grandinetti, take it without hesitation.

  • I recently completed “Mastering Generative AI in the Workplace” course. I'd highly recommend it to anyone serious about understanding how AI can create real business value.

What stood out was not just his depth of AI knowledge, but the way he connected it to real business challenges & pushed us to move into application.
I built an AI agent that scores rep CRM hygiene & generates next-step prompts to improve pipeline discipline & sales execution. Before taking Mike’s class, I would not have imagined I could build something that practical & relevant to my work.
Mike is an outstanding professor, practitioner, and guide for anyone looking to develop meaningful AI fluency. I’m grateful for the experience and for the confidence he helped me build in bringing real AI solutions into the workplace.

  • It was a pleasure partnering with Mike for a 2-day AI transformation workshop with 60 of our senior leaders to transform our mindset & capability toward AI. Mike’s highly collaborative approach stood out.

Mike’s mastery of cutting-edge AI is exceptional, but what differentiates him is the ability to demystify complex concepts & make AI tangible, practical, & immediately relevant to our industry and to each functional role in the room. Through thoughtfully designed, hands-on exercises, he kept our senior leaders fully engaged — sustaining an impressive level of energy, focus, & excitement across both days.

If you’re looking for a partner who can both elevate the conversation on AI and mobilize leadership teams to embrace meaningful change, I would highly recommend Mike.

  • I highly recommend Mike Grandinetti without reservation. As CEO of The Fischer Group, I have seen firsthand how difficult it can be for established organizations to move from interest in AI to real adoption at scale. Mike is one of the rare leaders who can make that leap happen quickly, credibly, and with lasting momentum.

Mike delivered beyond our expectations. The result was immediate and measurable in the only way that matters: behavior change. At the end of the seminar, our leadership team unanimously committed to an “AI-first” approach.

If you are considering Mike Grandinetti to support your organization, my advice is simple: engage him. He is a world-class facilitator, a trusted advisor to leaders, and an extraordinary translator of complex technology into practical action.
