Alfonso Medina is the founder of Medina Leadership Consulting, bringing over fourteen years of experience in performance-driven leadership roles across multiple organizations. Beginning his career in telecommunications with a Fortune 500 company, he advanced through four leadership positions where culture, accountability, and results were key measures of success.
Driven by a belief that leadership requires intentional development, Alfonso earned a Bachelor's degree in Management and pursued an MBA in Sales Strategy and Leadership. He is dedicated to helping leaders grow with clarity, discipline, and purpose. As a husband and father of two, he views leadership as a responsibility that extends beyond titles.
