Marketing Engineering University: build the AI GTM system you own

Build the system that stops Claude from writing slop, and you from rewriting it

AI moved the bar on what a marketing team is expected to ship, and it moved faster than the tooling did. You're still rewriting every draft, because Claude has no context about your company. You pay for that twice, in tokens and in hours.

In four weeks you'll build the layer that fixes it.

  • Your positioning, ICP and brand voice go into files Claude reads before it writes anything.

  • The work you repeat, the launch plan, the landing page, the sales deck, the AEO article, the LinkedIn post, becomes a skill you run in one command, and an agent chains those skills so the work ships while you're doing something else.

  • You build all of it live on your own company, session by session, never on a demo account.

At Enhesa the same system compressed ~598 hours of landing page copy and design work into about 98, saving an estimated ~$190,000!

You leave owning your repo — for your team or agency. You own the system and scale on top of it, so you don't have to rent a prompt library.

What you’ll learn

From re-explaining your company to Claude every session, wasting tokens and hours, to running a system that knows your product and ICP.

  • Don't settle for Cowork, embrace best-of-breed. Know your way around Claude Code.

  • Before: you do the same tasks into one chat.

  • After: you use Plan Mode — one chat for one task — pick the right model, effort, and check context window.

  • Build the context layer every output pulls from.

  • Before: you paste your ICP and positioning into every prompt.

  • After: CLAUDE.md, your rules, positioning, messaging, ICP, brand identity, voice sit in folders Claude always reads.

  • Turn the work you repeat into skills you run in one command

  • Before: you rebuild the launch plan, the landing page and the deck each time, and nothing ships unless you're there.

  • After: each becomes a skill, and an agent chains them behind a hook that checks the output.

  • Put your capstone on a schedule, so it runs without you starting it.

  • Before: the Monday dashboard update costs you Monday morning.

  • After: it writes itself before you make your coffee, and you review it from your phone.

Testimonials

  • For a while before we started working with Matteo, I'd been trying to find a more systematic approach to use AI on my PMM team. Because we were so new to it, there was a lot of trial and error.

When Matteo coached us through his product marketing framework, things instantly clicked into place. My team has grown to move at a lightning fast pace, and I have Matteo's partnership (and endless library of skills) to thank.

Lastly, in addition to having an enviable understanding of AI in marketing, he also brings a positive, open-minded, and collaborative energy to every meeting and interaction. He is a wonderful person to work with.

  • Matteo is one of the few product marketers who truly understands AI, and he ships at the pace of a five-person team.

As the only Product Marketer here, I needed someone with real 360 degree PMM experience who could also help me set up the systems and AI workflows to do more as a one man band.

Matteo always goes the extra mile, understands half-briefs, and comes back with a solution that only his experience can really deliver.

His support in tripling our outputs at the standards I needed has been a real game changer.

  • I saw someone else describe Matteo as a one-man-army and tbh there's no better way to put it.

Matteo doesn't just do the work: he builds the system that keeps doing the work after he leaves. Every launch becomes a template.

For example, he coordinated five launches in five weeks (newsletter, website rebrand, integration, podcast, and a tier-one product launch) and each one left behind a playbook for the next.

If you get the chance to work with him, take it.

  • Matteo is a strategist, an executor, and has also proven to be a great coach along the way.

The work of what would've been three separate hires (positioning consultant, content marketer, brand designer) compressed into one collaboration.

He works fast, and delivers with great attention to detail, which is indispensable at Pivot. He exceeded my expectations, and I’m sure he’ll exceed yours too.

  • Matteo's AI chops in marketing are what sets him apart from other consultants.

He knows which AI to use, when and how to use them, and made our landing page creation and product launch processes <3X faster, all while keeping a high quality bar.

Matteo combines his technical skillset with taste, making him a great plug as an interim senior PMM/content person if you don't have one!

What my clients achieved with this exact system

  • Enhesa (PE-backed, global scale). Roughly ~598 hours of work compressed to about 98 in terms of positioning, website wireframing, landing page, and design work. 6X faster on my model. My estimate is that's saved them around $190,000 a year in headcount they haven't had to add.

  • Seapoint (seed-stage FinTech). 15+ website pages in a week, plus the product launch kit. Monthly signups 3Xed at launch, and 70% of the new ones landed inside their ICP.

  • Crescendo (Series C CX software). 17 skills and 5 agents shipped as a plugin their PMM team installs. On my model that frees about 1,193 hours a year, around $120,000 of work estimated.

  • AdvisoryAI (seed-stage FinTech). Over $2.7M of qualified pipeline tracked through their GTM systems across PMM, outbound, SEO/AEO, and paid marketing.

How each week works

  • Before each Monday, read that week's two short lessons. They tell you what to prep, and it's always something you already have, like a doc or a list of URLs.

  • Mondays — Show-and-tell. I share my screen for the full hour and build the week's thing live, in Claude Code. No slides, ever. I build it on a real company, usually one someone in the room volunteers at the start, so you're watching it happen on a business with actual constraints rather than a demo account. Your job on Monday is to watch and ask questions while it's happening.

  • Mon-Thur — Build your own. Between Monday and Thursday you do the same thing on your own company. Budget 3 to 5 hours. This is where the course actually happens; the sessions are just the part where you see it done first.

  • Thursdays — Office hours. You bring what broke. I share my screen again and we fix them one at a time, live, in front of everyone, because your bug is usually three other people's bug. Nothing is too small.

You'll know the week worked when the "done when" line on that week's project is true for your company. If it isn't by Thursday, that's exactly what office hours are for.

What it looks like when it's working

  • An ICP, competitor research, positioning or messaging refresh takes an afternoon with my skills and agents. It used to be an agency project, three calls and a few weeks.

  • A one-pager, landing page or sales deck takes about 20 minutes, pulled from your ICP, positioning, voice guidelines and brand colours, with no designer in the loop.

  • And the tasks I used to redo by hand, the weekly report, the tenth rebuild of the same deck, now run as skills and routines, so I review output instead of producing it. That's the system you build over four weeks, on your own company.
