By the end of this session, you will have four real artifacts on your laptop:
User research backed by real complaints from real people
A PRD with sections filled from actual evidence
A reviewed PRD that was stress-tested by three AI personas
A working prototype running in your browser with real UI, real sample data, and enough polish to show your stakeholders on Monday
You also keep a GitHub repo with reusable templates and tools that work on any project, not just the workshop example.

Part 1 — Discover: Find a Real Problem
Use Perplexity social mode to validate a real user problem. Map the journey, find friction, document workarounds. Evidence, not assumptions.

Stress-test your idea into a sharp concept. Define users, problem framing, value prop, and success criteria. Then generate a structured PRD with a GEM or CustomGPT.

Turn your PRD into a working prototype with Google AI Studio. Interact with it, test it, iterate. Your first visual version of the product.
