    Why traditional SEO performance doesn't predict AI citation rates and the Source Signal Stack as your diagnostic tool.

  • Module 2: Layer 1 Audit (Brand Signals)

    Score every owned content property on five criteria. You'll see why your content library is optimized for Google circa 2023, not for AI citations in 2026.

  • Module 3: Layer 2 Audit (Executive Signals)

    For each C-suite member: are they publishing on LinkedIn? We'll run the AI entity test live: search their name + topic in ChatGPT. If they don't appear, they're not a resolvable entity.

  • Module 4: Layer 3 Audit (Subject Matter Expert Signals)

    This is where most teams find their biggest gap and their biggest opportunity. We'll map potential experts at your company, score their current signal output, and run entity checks.

  • Module 5: Layer 4 Audit (Community Signals)

    Assessing the layer AI trusts most and most teams invest in least. Earned media mentions, podcast appearances, creator partnerships, Reddit/community citations.

  • Module 6: Buyer Journey Overlay

    This is the "aha" moment. We overlay your layer scores onto the buyer's journey: problem-aware, solution-aware, vendor-aware, decision-stage. Each stage pulls from different layers.

  • Module 7: Stack Score + 90-Day Action Plan

    Compile your full stack score (each layer scored 1-10, overall out of 40). Pick one highest-impact action per layer with a named owner and deadline.

  • Q&A Session

    Time at the end for troubleshooting and questions about the process, stumbling blocks, etc.
